Vitamin A, taken at doses of even just the RDA and above have been linked to increased occurences of bone fractures and osteoporosis. Be VERY careful taking any supplements - most people get plenty from a balanced diet. Supplements of Vitamin A have been scientifically proven to be dangerous.
