What is more important in living a healthy life, sleep or proper diet and exercise?

How could you have people answer the same question, without doing a nationwide online survey? What other means of surveying could be used?
all three. Studies from women's health magazine show that getting too much or too little sleep contributes to obesity. Of course living Heath adds years onto your life and diet and exercise are a part of healthy living.

but u need to have plenty of rest b4 u exercize or u'll tire urself
